We hereby inform you according to. Art. 13, 14 GDPR which data we collect and process for you for the purpose of e-mail communication.

E-mail contact saves the personal data transmitted by e-mail. As far as this information about communication channels (eg e-mail address, phone number), you also agree that we may also contact you via this communication channel to answer your request.

There is no disclosure of data to third parties in this context. The data is used exclusively for processing the conversation. The legal basis for the processing of the data transmitted in the course of sending an e-mail is Article 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. f) GDPR.

If the e-mail contact aims at the conclusion of a contract, then additional legal basis for the processing is Art. 6 para. 1S. 1 lit. b) GDPR. Of course, we will only use the data from your e-mail inquiries for the purpose for which you provide us with these when contacting us.

The data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer necessary to achieve the purpose of its collection. For the personal data sent by e-mail, this is the case when the respective conversation with the user has ended.

The conversation ends when it can be inferred from the circumstances that the matter in question has been finally clarified. If the e-mail contact aims at the performance of a contract, the data will be deleted after expiry of the legal (commercial or fiscal) storage periods required for this purpose.

You have the right to request information from us at any time about the personal data stored with us (article 15 GDPR). This also applies to the recipients or categories of recipients to whom this data is shared and the purpose of the storage. In addition, you have the right, under the conditions of Art. 16 GDPR, to correct and / or, under the conditions of Art. 17 GDPR, the deletion and / or, under the conditions of Art. 18 GDPR, the restriction of processing to demand.
